Steps
Pose of readiness Mountain Pose.
Spread toes wide and the arches lifted.
E and fold forward Keeping the legs straight,
M crown of the head towards the ground.
Place the palms on the floor beside the feet.
While inhaling, extend upper back.
While exhaling extend lower back.
Retain the pose.
Then release slowly, keep firmness in the legs.
